Abstract: In this paper, the problem of estimation of index danger for different territory with geoinformation technology is considered. The authors propose methods estimation based of spatial database, environment monitoring and structured precedent database. The method purpose is minimizing subjective components available in the expert assessment methods. Paper presents the common algorithms for danger estimation on macro level and local territory. The questions of information decision support activities providing of search and rescue teams in areas of extreme tourism is described.
