Abstract: One of the most important criteria for responsibility and culture of a society's attitude to children and people with disabilities. Child with mental or physical disabilities should enjoy a full life in conditions which ensure dignity, promote self-reliance and facilitate the child's active participation in society. The purpose of this study is to identify the training needs of parents who agreed to care at home for their child who has been diagnosed with cerebral paresis. Results show that families of such children definitely have a need for training in the special care of the child, but such training is not offered by existing institutions concerned with these families.
