Abstract: My contribution deals with learning competence of foreign language learning of University students with learning difficulties of Technical Sciences and specific learning style focused on the communicational platform. The choice of an adequate learning style and topics appears to be crucial as well as the enhancement of motivation for communication, the most difficult learning pattern for technically oriented students with disabilities, influenced by different inner factors.
