Virtual elements like eLearning on digital platforms of universities have been used for years – but mostly only as an addendum to regular lectures and on-site teaching. CoVid-19 showed that it is essential for up-to-date higher educational institutions to offer also blended learning as well as digitally connected teaching in cooperation with international partner institutions: The New Modes of Mobility.
