Abstract: Teaching and education reform have been topics for researchers, teachers, and practitioners for decades. One of the most important impacts of higher education reform is to meet needs of the promising future. The modern world is influenced by technologies, and so is higher education reform. Online- offline platform with corresponding teaching methods improves both teacher and student satisfaction and promote their teaching and learning motivations. Bilingual courses, as means of meeting the trend of globalization, are benefited from the technologies in the reform. This study takes the bilingual course “International Marketing” in School of Management of Guizhou University in China as an example, reveals a framework of online-offline teaching within the technological platform, and contributes suggestions on effective online-offline teaching with the technological platform.
