Streszczenie: The purpose of this article is to reveal the existing potential difference of planetary rotation between planets of the Solar system, acting on the analyzers and devices visual observation as automatic interplanetary stations and orbiting telescopes. This impact is expressed in the optical and parametric distortion of the data of equipment automatic interplanetary stations and orbiting telescopes transmitted to Earth. At present development of planetology knowledge of the potential difference of the rotation between of the planets and it introduces distortions in the information of orbiting telescopes and automatic interplanetary stations is missing. The description of technological solutions for tools that will prove the realness of such visual methods of environmental studies of other planets in the Solar system.
Słowa kluczowe: matter, frequency of rotation, quantum postulates of bohr, theory of infinite nesting of matter, synchronization
