3.2. The Author consents to the collection, storage, and processing of this data by the Publisher in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

3.3. The Author is responsible for informing all co-authors about the Publisher's Terms and Conditions, including the provisions related to personal data, and ensuring that they understand and agree to them.

3.4. The Publisher will use personal data solely for purposes related to the publication process, invoicing, or other legitimate publishing-related activities.

4.1. The Author guarantees that all listed co-authors have reviewed and approved the manuscript submission, and that the manuscript is submitted with their explicit consent.

4.2. The Author certifies that the manuscript is the original work of the listed authors and has not been previously published, nor is it under consideration for publication elsewhere.

4.3. The Author must immediately inform the Publisher if the manuscript is submitted for publication or published elsewhere during the review process.
