Streszczenie: Innovation leadership is a key concept in modern business world. It consists of different leadership styles which are useful to influence people to be more creative, productive and to work better in teams. Innovation leadership can be properly used to support organization vision and mission. The leaders need innovation leadership for themselves as they are managing in unpredictable and uncertain circumstances. The current paper underlies the importance of innovation leadership and innovative thinking in challenging modern business world.
