Streszczenie: Outsourcing is currently an inseparable element of the modern economy. Entities often take advantage of the services offered by other entities, outsourcing part of their activity. Insurance undertakings do the same, however in this case the decision about outsourcing certain activity is not made on the basis of the economic result but it is determined by the legal regulations which specify what and under what terms and conditions can be outsourced. The regulations also specify the principles for the supervision and control of the outsourced activities.
