Streszczenie: Economic success is an essential component to the survival of private enterprises. Particularly in production areas, there are various, powerful opportunities to improve both the company's cost structure and sales. Driven by the ongoing need to adapt to changing market conditions, regular transformation processes in production areas are initiated. The challenge for the management is now to decide at what time, with which measures, to what extent and with what intensity to react to the changing conditions.
