Streszczenie: The topic of electromagnetic fields in the Earth´s biosphere is now especially important in connection with massive contribution of artificial sources of electromagnetic radiation. From an ethical point of view, it is important that information on the impact of electromagnetic fields on the human health have to be based on scientifically proven facts. The aim of medical higher education is to provide students with specific professional competences in the informed use of electromagnetic fields in medical diagnostic and therapeutic devices with minimal risk to the health-care professionals and patients.
