Streszczenie: In the Interdisciplinary Master Studies for Technological Innovation taught at the IUT of the University of Nantes (Nantes IUT) the development of intercultural communication is considered a significant goal to be attained for developing the technological values and social competences inherent to the effective interaction in the present international entrepreneurial innovation. The Master students are expected to be capable of demonstrating the intercultural professional behavior required by the present enterprise context. An experience of international training on supplementary intercultural communication skills was carried out at the Nantes IUT. Accuracy regarding concepts and actions concerned with culture and the effect of diversity in contemporary teams strengthen the priority of the development of innovation and culture from an intercultural view. A Cuba-France joint pedagogical experience was implemented at the Nantes IUT in the framework of the bilateral agreement on cultural an education priorities signed by the University of Nantes and the Havana University of Technology (Cujae). The main characteristics of the international pedagogical experience, the tasks and results of the students and professors involved are analyzed. Some recommendations are stated for improving the development of competences of the innovation engineers in charge of solving the future scientific and technical problems from a comprehensive approach and an intercultural professional commitment.
