Streszczenie: The modern demographic situation is characterized by an aging population due to an increase in life expectancy. The substantial increase in the relative proportion of elderly and old people poses a number of challenges for health care professionals. Nurses interact closely with health care consumers in a variety of work environments. This enables them to assess health needs broadly, track how environmental factors affect the health of patients and their families, and how people respond to different strategies and services.
