Streszczenie: Now safety in natural and technogenic sphere is the major problem all over the world. Objects of an oil and gas complex: tanks, oil pipelines, gas pipelines concern to highly risky objects of a technosphere. Uncontrollable development of emergencies on objects of an oil and gas complex connected with explosions and fires can lead to considerable fractures and to death of people. Now the concept of "comprehensible risk» is accepted, allowing to use a principle "to expect and warn". The risk analysis represents one of essential components of safety and is spent for detection of separate sources of danger and an estimation of their potential influence on possible damages which can be caused the population, environment and economic objects.
