Streszczenie: Composite materials have been of fundamental importance in view of their unique properties and possibilities for applications. In this connection wood polymer micro- and nanocomposites for electromagnetic wave protection on the basis of lignocelluloses, modified with Cu-S reduction systems and metal and metal oxides connecting substances on the basis of recycled polyol from polyethylenterephtalate and isozianates are high effective new materials with special properties. Original method of coordinative connection in situ of cupro ions with lignocellulose by three components cuprous reduction system have been developed. Binders from polyesterpoyols on the basis of wasted polyethylene terephthalate magnetic bands, obtained by glycolysis, and polyisozianate (p-MDI) have been received. The reactions of complex formation and the synthesis of metal and metaloxide binder systems for lignocellulose have been investigated. Composites of modified flour and binders have been made by pressing. The optimal conditions-1100 C, 20 minutes and 15000 kg/cm2 pressing are established. Modified wood polymer composites posses high physical-mechanical characteristics, low electrical resistivity and high electromagnetic wave protection. The new nanocomposites with microwave electromagnetic absorption will be used in radiotechnics, electronic industry, automobile building and others.
