Rezumat: Efficiency of modern mechanism of managing quality of agricultural products is reflected in specific indicators of its quality. The article contains analysis of major trends in shaping consumer and tech-nological features of agricultural products, determines priority directions of improvements of system management of quality and safety of agricultural products in the Republic of Belarus.
