Rezumat: The growing importance of the concept of social responsibility towards the environment and society has created a foundation to seek and develop appropriate information systems in this field. It is believed that the best information system presenting interactions of enterprise - natural environment - society is accounting information system. The author proposes to extend the measurement of the achievements in this field, in the presentation of data use policies and procedures that already exist in accounting, and partly to expand the scope of environmental reporting.
