Rezumat: With the enactment of the decree of the President of the Republic of August 1, 2011, n. 151, the administrative procedures related to the monitoring and verification activities for fire prevention have been simplified, in order to ensure a more rapid start of production uptime, without reducing the level of security, and have been renewed with the introduction of a new framework of technical regulations and of a new methodological approach that is closer to today’s technological progress. The purpose of this article is to highlight the key aspects of the decree by analyzing the relapses in prevention activity.
