Rezumat: Thin magnetic films and multilayered structures are of specific interest for the development of small magnetic field detectors and biosensors. Some of these devices are operating in the microwave range in other cases characterization by microwave techniques is necessary to gain the material understanding. We consider the resonance absorption of electromagnetic waves in the microwave range, depending on the composition of the magnetron sputtered FeNi-based magnetic films suitable for magnetoimpedance sensor applications. Particular attention is paid to the matching of the high-frequency path for multilayers.
