Rezumat: The main objective of the research is to configure Arabic countries of the Middle East from the standpoint of governance with a focus on the rule of law and control of corruption. We are interested in differences between countries of the region, as well as where the sample fits in the world spectrum. Conclusions are based on analysis of distribution of composite indexes provided by the World Bank, World Justice Project and Transparency International. We also debate how rule of law and control of corruption promote economic growth.
