Rezumat: In practice, there are different approaches to characterizing climate change, but they all aim to reveal the presence or absence of climate change and, more importantly, the magnitude and speed of these changes. Also how climate change will affect the various manufacturing sectors and agriculture in particular. In the past 20 years since the beginning of the 21st century, there has been an increasing frequency of climatic anomalies in our country. In addition, we would like to draw the attention of specialists working in the field of administration and planning of agricultural production to use and take into account the results obtained in determining the areas for intensive agriculture and the economic efficiency and competitiveness of this production. The purpose of this study is to make an in-depth and reasoned review of the hitherto known indices and to highlight their importance to characterize the climate changes and agro climatic resources in Bulgaria. To find tendencies of indices change for three periods of 30 years – 1961-1990; 1970-2000 and 2021-2050. Make recommendations to agricultural structures and farmers for agriculture adaptation to climatic changes
