Rezumat: The issues of solid waste enrichment disposal and processing of mineral raw materials, ash from burning of liquid and solid fuels and waste chemicals are relevant worldwide. The growing volume of the production and processing of raw materials increases the amount of waste, creating environmental problems which are particularly serious for northern regions. This makes the current research on recycling with the production of new products relevant and pressing; there is a great demand at present for these products on the Russian market. Industries that use large amount of raw materials include the construction and paint industries. Specifically, in these industries pigments and fillers are widely used. In the domestic market, these materials are in short supply, which limits their wider use.
