Rezumat: Estimation of the average rate of the surface roughness depends on the power flux density, and duration of the plasma interaction with the investigated samples. The same parameters influence on the damage factor and on the roughness of the sample surfaces. This research tries to get better numerical correlation between the analysed parameters and the damage factor
