Rezumat: Experiments on the dense plasma focus device PF12 have been carried out to investigate the effect of a powerful deuterium plasma stream on various steels and tungsten. The appearance of microroughness on the specimens surface was investigated. Due to the plasma effect, different surface structures, such as vaporization and deposition of metal on the surface appeared.
