Abstract: Plant samples of 13 populations of Trifolium pratense L. species were analyzed in vertical profile of Brezovica – Sharri Mountain (Kosovo), in order to assess individual, population and inter - population anatomical, morphological variability. Investigated populations were distributed in different altitudes. The research has shown that T. pratense L. species successfully climbs up to sub-alpine zone, thus demonstrating phenotype changes due to the change of the complex of ecological factors.
