Publication requirements

All journals by International Scientific Publications are subjective to open access policy, are published under Creative Commons Attribution License and are identified by ISSN. Additionally, we are assigning DOI numbers to all publications from 2023 onwards. Furthermore, as participants in Portico, we ensure the long-term digital preservation and accessibility of all our publications.

A manuscript may be submitted only by one of its authors, who is granted the permission of all other co-authors (if present).

The submitted manuscripts are considered for publication if they are intended only for the relevant journal, they have not been published already, nor are they under consideration for publication in press elsewhere. They should represent accurate and scientifically sound information addressing scientific problems.

Each manuscript is single blind reviewed by a minimum of two independent experts with academic credentials relevant to the subject matter of the submission. Reviewers are expected to possess a doctoral degree or equivalent expertise in the field. They must not be affiliated with the author(s), share institutional ties, or have any personal or professional conflicts of interest, including recent co-authorship or collaboration.

Authors may be invited to suggest potential reviewers during the submission process; however, the editorial board retains full discretion over the final selection of reviewers and is not obligated to follow the authors’ recommendations. Editorial decisions are made based on the reviewers’ written assessments and recommendations. Possible outcomes include: acceptance, minor revision, major revision, or rejection. Authors receive anonymized reviewer comments intended to support academic improvement of the work.

Only manuscripts written in correct English are accepted. Authors are free to choose whether to use British or American style but are obliged to use one only. Switching between two styles is unacceptable.

The submitted manuscript should be between 7 and 20 pages in DOC or DOCX format (Microsoft Office Word), consistent with the Formatting requirements and the Harvard Referencing Style. The publication of any manuscript over 20 pages long is to be negotiated with the publisher. An author can have no more than two manuscripts published in the same volume.

We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication integrity and responsibility. However, the publisher, editorial board members, and reviewers cannot be held accountable for the content of the articles or any resulting consequences. We kindly request our readers to report any issues immediately; articles found to contain errors, violate copyright, breach publishing ethics, or provide misleading information will be removed without compensation.

All authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest, including financial, personal, or professional relationships that could influence their research. Additionally, authors should provide information about the funding sources that supported their work. Conflicts of interest and funding information will be published with the article to ensure transparency and help readers evaluate potential biases.
