ORGANIZATIONAL APPROACH IN CARING FOR PATIENTS WITH ACUTE MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION

Abstract: Patients with acute myocardial infarction are hospitalized for monitoring and treatment. The organizational model of nursing care for these patients, including: emergency admission, intensive care, invasive surgery and treatment. Expert judgment is made on the model of nurses working in the cardiology clinic of University Hospital "Lozenges" - Sofia and the Department of Cardiology of Hospital - Vratsa. Opinions of nurses organizational model allows to improve the efficiency and quality of care for patients with acute myocardial infarction.
