Abstract: For many patients with chronic diseases during the rehabilitation process simultaneously curative and rehabilitative activities necessary to plan and carry out nursing and care activities that are relevant to the individual needs of patients. Assessment of care needs and nursing care plans were made for 60 patients admitted for rehabilitation in the Specialized Hospital for Rehabilitation „St. Mina" Varshets. This is a major methodological approach for providing quality nursing care for patients who have chronic diseases.
