STUDYING OF THE SEMANTIC PRINCIPLE OF MUSIC IN THE MODERN HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION

Abstract: The semantic side of music has been long and successfully investigated by means of musicology. In recent decades it has become studied in the educational process. The article considers the prerequisites of studying of music content in Higher Educational Institution Nowadays, research and theoretical foundations of the new course, the main principles of the pedagogical methodology; it shows scientific and pedagogical perspectives for the research of music content.
