Abstract: The aim of this research is to identify the overall level of satisfaction for teachers in compulsory education in Durres, and to bring to light the effects that different aspects of the job of teachers in compulsory education have in the overall level of satisfaction. Also, this study tries to measure the level that teachers in compulsory education in Durres have to quit their profession; as well as the relationship between the overall level of job satisfaction and their intend to quit their job.
