Abstract: Business aspects of occupational safety and health interventions model will be presented. The model addresses the challenges for an environmental, health, and safety (EHS) professional and presents learning opportunities how to convince the management to maximize the effectiveness of the EHS program and consequently increase productivity. Practical applications and the use of MS Excel software are presented. Concrete examples are presented for each phase and risk evaluations and financial benefits of the suggested model.
