Abstract: A common problem which is encountered in the data analysis phase of scientific studies with special groups is a small sample size. In order to eliminate this problem, resampling techniques, which allow for dependable predictions and replicability of the results with small sample sizes, are used. In this study, large samples acquired through a data set with a small sample size by means of Resampling Excel-add-in macro developed with Bootstrap technique on Excel 2013 were subjected to performance analysis with weka, which is a machine learning tool.
