Abstract: Thinking on the role of women in post modernity requires a historical excursus not too far. In Italy and in Europe, women in politics are the result of battles in defense of gender equality. A historical and jurisprudential of how tried to get out of the land of social discrimination in Italy since the 30s, to the present day to cd. “Reserve of pink quotas”, undisputed symbol, of an unfinished democracy.
