Abstract: There is demonstrated, according to Walsh’s representations, the spectrum of an iteration-free quadratic form over GLn (2) having the characteristics of white noise. Accordingly, the description of various spatial noise filters by arbitrary forms is proposed. A spectral method of synthesis of an arbitrary filter of noise approximating a given logical function is presented. The higher efficiency of the method in relation to the selection of the corresponding white noise filter is demonstrated. The variants of inclusion of filters in the neuro-structure are marked.
