Abstract: Innovation is becoming a standard for the development of modern organizations, and its success is closely related to the way human resources are selected, developed and retained. Innovative human resources management is presented as a set of practices that support an innovative workplace culture, stimulate employee initiative and improve organizational effectiveness. Particular attention is given to innovation in recruitment through digital channels and specialized software, including applicant tracking systems and artificial intelligence tools that automate sourcing, screening and process analytics. At the same time, risks are considered, such as misclassification, potential bias and legal and ethical limitations related to personal data and automated decision making.
Keywords: innovations, human resources, retention, motivation, career development
