Abstract: This paper presents the design, manufacturing, and commissioning of a specialized laboratory installation for gold and silver phase analysis. The developed system provides increased processing capacity, improved homogenization geometry of chemical solutions, and enhanced sample representativeness. The installation reduces electricity consumption, improves productivity through the application of high‑pressure filtration and closed washing systems, and automates key laboratory procedures, thereby minimizing operator‑related subjectivity. The proposed laboratory workflow enables continuous monitoring of precious metal phase distribution in ores and processing products, supporting data‑driven technological decisions aimed at increasing recovery and concentrate quality.
