Abstract: The paper investigates composite materials based on rigid and plasticized PVC modified with dispersed fillers and polymer additives. Experimental and theoretical analysis shows that small amounts of organic, inorganic, and elastomeric modifiers significantly affect rheological, thermal, thermomechanical, and mechanical properties. The study identifies optimal formulations that improve processability, thermal stability, and selected strength characteristics, demonstrating the effectiveness of combined modification for the development of advanced PVC composites.
