Abstract: The author offers the didactic study model “Service Culture” of hospitality managers’ service culture development as a scientifically grounded totality of conceptual conclusions and of organizationally didactic conditions, including the activities of the goal, content and organization, forms, methods and means, ensures the development of hospitality managers’ personality culture and this can be used in higher professional education.
