Abstract: Nowadays, with collaborative web 2.0 tools (chat, forum, blog, wiki), the global enterprise can collaborate with external participants (customers, suppliers, business partners, sponsors) in the worldwide. Large and small-medium companies, with the support of new technologies, can cooperate in a network of partners and exchange strategic knowledge. The new model of Enterprise 2.0, that use intensively technological tools, can be considered an open and collaborative social enterprise that operate in a global market. The extended company acquires information in real-time and presents an agile structure with the development of "Sense and Response" capabilities for customer satisfaction.
