Abstract: Nowadays a successful flexible enterprise has an organization knowledge-based. In an era characterized by changes, globalization and competition, knowledge is without doubt the most important asset for a company to gain a competitive advantage. In the enterprise, there is an huge amount of information especially in textual documents. For obtaining specific goals it is necessary an intelligent and efficient management of enterprise knowledge. In this paper a multidimensional model of Knowledge Management, in the competitive enterprise, is analysed.
