Abstract: The current paper considers the electrochemical activity of the electrode materials towards oxidation and reduction of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) at the different pH values of the electrolyte. The different types of electrode materials are discussed and eligible materials for anode and cathode are defined. The potential-pH equilibrium diagram of the system H2O2-H2O is analyzed and appropriate electrode potentials are specified.
