Abstract: Liposomes are obtained on the basis of the Baikal seal lipids. In experiments in vitro ability to restore membranes of erythrocytes by created liposomes is established. On the basis of created liposomes new transdermal remedy in the form of gel is developed. In experiments in vivo it is shown that the developed gel possesses expressed ability to heal wounds at reproduction of various models of skin damages at rats. The possible reason of wound-healing effect of investigated remedy is that seal lipids contain highly active w-6 and w-3 polyunsaturated fat acids in the parities showing therapeutic effect.
Keywords: liposomes, polyunsaturated fattyacids, baikal seal, skin regeneration
