Abstract: The computer prediction of organic compound properties makes pharmacological investigations more cheap and soon. The prognosis is based on relations between molecular structures and properties of a series of known compounds. We use artificial neural network to model these relations and provide the technique for prediction of organic compounds properties based on ANN. We provide the regulation algorithm to improve the predictive power of the networks.
