Biography
Nazibrola Beglarashvili, PhD, is a Georgian environmental scientist and geographer, and a Senior Scientist at the Georgian Technical University, Institute of Hydrometeorology. She also serves as an accreditation expert for higher education programs at Georgia’s National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement, and teaches as an invited specialist at Samtskhe Javakheti State University. Her research focuses on climate and weather related hazards and environmental monitoring, with published work on blizzards, hail, wind dynamics, greenhouse gas emissions, and pollution impacts, including a 2009 monograph on the ecological efficiency of motor tunnels in Georgia. She has contributed to multiple national research projects on heavy metals, urban environmental conditions, and industrial impacts, and has experience as an evaluator and doctoral thesis assessor.
