Biography
Prof. Daniela Ilieva, PhD is Executive Director and a Member of the Management Board of the Law and Internet Foundation. A management specialist, consultant, and internationally recognised trainer, she joined the Foundation in 2015. Her expertise includes business process management, business communication, intercultural communication, and presentation skills, including public speaking.
Assoc. Prof. Dr Daniela Ilieva is an expert in international tourism and management. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, an MA in Marketing, and a PhD in Economics (Social Management). She earned the academic rank of Associate Professor in Business Process and Business Communication Management based on her monograph, Mentoring: Process, Guidelines and Programs. She lectures at VUZF University and at the University of Sheffield, International Faculty, delivering practice focused, contemporary teaching in Business Communications, Organisational Behaviour, Business Management, and HR Management, with a strong emphasis on bridging academic learning and real world business needs.
Assoc. Prof. Dr Ilieva is also a trainer and consultant in Business Etiquette and International Protocol, certified by EUROPROTOCOL, The European School of Protocol. In addition, she is certified in Neuro Linguistic Programming and Coaching, with credentials authorised by the International NLP Association, the American Board of Hypnotherapy and NLP, and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
