Rezumat: Based on the cognitive linguistics theory, the paper makes the comparative analysis of the conceptual metaphor of emotions such as anger in Chinese and Serbian body parts idioms. The paper gives the detailed description, analysis and comparison of the conceptual metaphor of Anger in these idioms. The aim is to investigate the similarities and differences that exist in the selected idioms of the two languages, in order to show the universal and specific of the different cultures.
