Rezumat: One way to gain competitive advantage for educational services market is to constantly strive to increase the level of quality. The purpose of this article is to identify the key factors for improving the quality of work conducted by schools. These factors are determined from the perspective of different groups of stakeholders, namely students, teachers, parents, and headmasters. Those factors were analyzed using the methodology of network thinking that allows one to look at the problem and take into account different criteria and to determine the strength and nature of relationships between individual network elements. The subject of the research was a selected upper secondary school of a vocational profile.
