Mikheil G. Pipia is an Academic Doctor of Science and a researcher at the Institute of Hydrometeorology, Georgian Technical University (GTU) in Tbilisi, Georgia.
His work specializes in hazardous meteorological phenomena and climate-related risks, including hailstorms, blizzards, strong winds, avalanches, heavy precipitation, and atmospheric pollution by particulate matter.
