Abstract: The main aim is study of the inclusion and subcellular distribution of liposomes in a myocardium. The optimal results of liposomes distribution with a ratio phosphatidylcholin/cholesterol – 2/1 were observed. The maximal inclusion of a label in a myocardium was observed using the liposomes in concentration of 10 mg/ml. This concentration of liposomes allows to avoid any negative influence on myocardial functioning after ischemia and reperfusion.
