Abstract: The realization of pulse discharge in liquid medium requires the usage of devices which can adapt the parameters of the supply network to the specifics of the load. For the development of such devices it should be possible to assess the controlled parameters and to define requirements for the elements in the respective circuits. In the present work for an unified schematic solution are suggested models and analyses of the electrical processes is conducted. A comparison between the analytical and experimental results is done for a developed prototype.
